How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Stride, and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for your Stride purchase.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the App, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your Apple Health data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Does Stride give medical advice?
No. Stride is informational only and never recommends dose changes. Always talk to your doctor about treatment decisions.
