Stride · Last updated June 12, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Univerlist ("Stride," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Stride mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Medical disclaimer. Stride is a wellness and tracking companion, not a medical device, not a drug-dosage calculator, and not a substitute for professional medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. The App never recommends dose changes. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something in the App. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Always talk to your doctor about treatment decisions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using the App in connection with a GLP-1 medication that has been prescribed to you by a licensed clinician. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. What the App does

The App lets you log doses, weight, side effects, food, and related wellness data, and provides AI-generated coaching, summaries, and reminders. AI output is generated from the information you enter and the health data you connect. It is informational only, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and must not be relied upon as medical advice. You are responsible for verifying any information against your own records and your clinician's guidance.

3. Your account and data

You may use the App with an anonymous session or sign in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of the information you enter. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and purchases

5. License and acceptable use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial wellness purposes. You agree not to: misuse or attempt to abuse the AI or backend services; reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App; access the App through automated means; or use the App in any unlawful way or to harm others.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and its branding are owned by Univerlist and protected by intellectual-property laws. Medication names referenced in the App (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound) are trademarks of their respective owners. Stride is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any pharmaceutical manufacturer; such names are used only descriptively to help you log the medication you have been prescribed.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Univerlist and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App or its AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
